“ First mexican food I got to have on the island and it absolutle satisfied the craving. the guy working was super cheerful and answered questions easily. i sat at one of the picnic tables out back and he brought food to me once it was ready. it was so fresh it was steaming when I opened the container. the 5 taco plate is the best way to end a long day of shopping and sit and relax. ”

“ I ran across a recent review of this place and it seemed too good to be true, authentic taste tacos in Honolulu. Most of the reviews added it was a bit slow and yes it was, but it was definetly worth the 25 minute wait. Tip, when ordering drinks take it when you pay so you may enjoy the wait for an unbelievably fresh and tasty taco. I had the 3 taco plate with salad and dessert. I had carne asada, pork, and a portobello mushroom set. Each one was so good, i thought i could eat 2 plates but the three were very good. I've found my favorite taco place. ”
“ Amazing mexican food on Hawaii is hard to find, but amazing vegan food is even harder. We got the 5 taco plate and the 3 vegan taco plate with chips and guac, cappuccino and horchata. Total with tip was 56. ”
“ This is truly authentic Mexican cuisine! I was leery at first with the simplicity of the ingredients but then heard the owner speak and knew it was going to be legit. I ordered the 5 carne asada tacos and a side of chips and salsa, my husband ordered the 5 pork tacos and a torta. Right off the bat (since they were close to closing) I had my husband go grab another chips and salsa to go for my dessert later. The tacos were so genuine that I can say as I born and raised Cali resident and avid Mexico visitor and being half Mexican, that these were truly the closest thing to what the women of the churches down there used to make for us. Doubled up corn tortillas, simple ingredients, and perfectly proportioned. I'm not a huge torta eater but my husband adores them and made me divulge...and boy was it worth it! One of the best I've EVER had! Thank you for bringing legit tacos to our island finally! ”
